Available shipping options
- Delivery in 1 to 2 business days from order confirmation (+€4.95 on orders under €100 and free on orders over €100).
Available payment methods
- Payment by card or Bizum. Fast, secure, and commission-free. We accept debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.).
- Payment with PayPal. Secure and convenient payment using your PayPal account.
- Bank transfer. Make the payment directly from your bank. You will receive the bank details upon completing your order. Shipping will be processed once payment is confirmed.
Additional information
- Orders are prepared and shipped from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).
- Delivery times are counted in business days from shipment, not from when the order was placed.
2-year legal guarantee
All products include the official brand guarantee established by law, which covers manufacturing defects for 2 years from the date of purchase.
Manufacturing defects
Products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects within the period established by each brand, usually between 4 and 6 months. This guarantee does not cover damage from improper use, impact against surfaces, contact with water, or extreme temperature changes.
Return Period
You have 30 calendar days from receipt of the order to return any product if it has not been used.
Conditions for accepting returns
The product must be new, unused. It must retain its original packaging and seals in perfect condition. Returns will not be accepted if the item shows signs of use or the packaging is damaged.
How to return
Returns are handled by shipment. You must send the product to the address we will provide you after you contact us.

We will send you instructions and the shipping address.
You must include a copy of the order inside the package and clearly indicate "Return".
Return cost
The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer, except in cases of our error or defective product.
Refund
Once the returned product has been received and checked, we will proceed to refund the amount paid using the same payment method used for the purchase, within a maximum of 14 calendar days.
The refund will not include the original shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
